  4. Receive automatic reply e-mail in UM email box (with “suggestion sequence number” for enquiry of reward status)
  5. Reward status will be sent through automatic reply e-mail and shown in Suggestion List on the webpage within 10 working days
  6. (Student) Winning student will receive relevant amount of printing quota before the 7th day of the following month and collect relevant prizes at Student Affairs Office (Staff) Winning staff will receive the relevant prizes within 3 working days
